This might be one of my favorite shoots + couples of all time.
You ready for the love story of the century?! Alright I’m just going to preface this by saying that Reed had his grandmother’s diamond made into Becca’s engagement ring. Like i’m sorry WHAT. SO dang special. If that doesn’t make you cry I’m not sure what will. As if that didn’t wow you enough- they both went to Duke Divinity School. I’m sorry rewind what?! (GOALS?!?!). Andddd thirdly, I’ve known Reed since I was like 5… ( we were in church choir together, and his dad has been my pastor for as long as I can remember).
Needless to say, going into the session I was already obsessed with these two, but it gets better. They made me feel so welcome in my own city. I was so excited to incorporate places and activities that were meaningful to them, so margaritas overlooking the RIverwalk was the plan. I mean HOW STINKIN’ CUTE. We had an absolute blast taking pictures, laughing, and sipping on margaritas, but what was so special to me about this session was that we had the sweetest conversation. We talked about loving people well, serving our communities, and how awesome San Antonio is. Allllll the things! I discovered that me + Becca share a desire for nonprofit ministry (aghhhhh!!!) They’re the happiest + kindest couple you’ll ever meet.
Becca + Reed… thank you for inviting me into this sweet season with y’all. You guys are beyond special, and I’ll be forever thankful.
Love you both so much.
